What you get

• Trial, free: $1 of model credit, no card needed, on the faster, cheaper models (GPT-4.1 mini, GPT-4o mini, Gemini 2.5 Flash)
• Pro, $29 a month: all managed models, including Claude Opus 4.5, GPT-5 and Gemini 2.5 Pro, with $8 of model credit included each month (around 16 practice interviews, fewer on the largest models)
• Top up any time from $5; extra credit never expires
• One mic_live_… key instead of separate accounts at OpenAI, Anthropic and Google
• Speech-to-text included, via OpenAI's transcription models
• A usage meter showing exactly what you've spent

Not covered: AssemblyAI, Deepgram and ElevenLabs. If you prefer those for transcription, stay on your own keys — that stays free.

What this changes about privacy

Bring-your-own-key mode is unchanged: nothing reaches our servers, and the extension and desktop app still collect nothing.

On managed keys, the questions we detect and the knowledgebase excerpts used to answer them are relayed through our server to the model provider. We count tokens for billing and don't store the content. If that trade isn't for you, BYOK stays free and always will.
